Women’s History Month – The Sky’s the Limit

As we continue to celebrate Women’s History Month, RAZOR recognizes there are no limits to what a woman can accomplish. Marla Reckard, another Woman of RAZOR, takes pride in the journey that led her to where she is today:

“I am proud to be a woman in a time and place where our accomplishments can be encouraged, celebrated, and supported no matter what age we are. As a nontraditional student returning to the classroom to work on my master’s degree in my 50s, I received the loving support from my family and others that carried me through to my graduation. Starting a new career midlife when most are looking towards retirement can be overwhelming. Luckily, we live in an exciting time and place when companies like Razor don’t place an age limit on potential.”
